單奕愷是⼀個平易近⼈的學⻑，在⼩學時，就曾經榮獲全國雙打16 強的佳績。他單雙打都⾮常厲害，但是他客氣的說，還是想要雙打的⽐賽。近兩年，我們興華中學皆獲得嘉義地區的男團冠軍，其中他也扮演關鍵的角⾊。他表⽰:我個⼈⽐較喜歡團體賽，因為當我在⽐賽時，所有⼈包括我都毫無保留的投⼊在這場⽐賽中，也讓我真的有強烈的團隊感。在⽐賽開始的那⼀刻，我們就是⼀個整體，⼀榮俱榮，⼀損俱損，榮辱與共。這就是我喜歡團體賽的原因。這幾年他覺得⽐賽獲勝的關鍵就是：第⼀，平常在訓練時你所投⼊的精⼒和成績⼀定是呈正⽐的，你在訓練的認真程度往往會反映到⽐賽場上。所以他每次訓練都是全⼒以赴。第⼆就是⽐賽前跟⽐賽中調整好狀態，保持平常⼼，發揮出平時的實⼒就是獲勝關鍵。他是我⼼⽬中的好榜樣，我要好好學習他的優點。

江秉祐從北園國⼩羽球隊開始打球，後來進⼊興華中學國中部，因為單打的學⻑眾多，所以開始搭配雙打搭檔出賽，在國⼆、國三時榮獲多項獎牌。後來升上⾼中，在⽐賽中也是持續以雙打出賽，但是江爸爸還是希望，單、雙打都要練習，這樣才能應付任何狀況。現在因為興華⾼中排課跟課業的關係，有時候⼀周只能練習⼀到三次。所以其他時間回家後只能到公園跑步練習，在家裡的停⾞場⾃主跑腳步、跳繩，體能練習有限，羽球技巧與練習時間受限。這次市運會，跟⾃⼰的搭檔先對上同校的學⻑與同學隊友，⼼情緊張，但也是努⼒拚出線。接下來遇上嘉義⾼⼯的對⼿，⼤戰三局，最後半局前還領先⼀分技術暫停，結果最後有幾球沒接好，就這樣讓出了冠亞軍。教練看了⽐賽，⼤嘆就是我們練習的時間太少，反應上沒有對⼿強。再來是銅牌戰，在上⼀場懊悔下，找到了合作的默契與⾃信，也攻破了對⽅防守的缺⼝，榮獲第三名的成績。秉祐在⼤家眼中是沉穩內斂⼜品學兼優的選⼿，在課業壓⼒下，努⼒實現⾃我的價值，做著勇敢的夢，也是我佩服的哥哥。

Champion of Adaptation Dan Yi-Kai In this competition, Dan Yi-Kai achieved first place in the junior high school boys' doubles. During training, he unfortunately strained his shoulder and had to play both singles and doubles. Therefore, he needed immediate icing and stretching after each session, ensuring proper cool-downs. He also took precautions before entering the match, hoping to avoid any symptoms on the court. Despite his efforts, the strain on his arm still affected his performance. Under the guidance of his coach, they adjusted their tactics to lighten the burden on his arm. Coupled with seamless coordination with his teammate, they ultimately clinched the championship. Through this competition, he learned how to adapt tactics when unexpected situations arise, acquiring the ability to respond effectively on the spot. We believe that in the next competition, he will also achieve outstanding results.

三年的經歷令我成長許多，孩童時期的驚鴻一瞥讓我記了一輩子，我踏上尋夢的道路，並在球隊中努力訓練，就此擔起隊長的責任。 以下為專訪內容： 1.問：為了隊長的職位有過何種努力？ 答：當時我希望能擔任隊長，領導球隊走向勝利。雖然沒有刻意努力，但我對此抱有熱情和渴望。 2.問：賽前訓練過程中有發生意外嗎？ 答：在賽前訓練中幸好沒有出現任何意外，球隊保持了良好的狀態,這讓我們更加有信心，期待著在比賽中展現出出色的表現。 3.問：對於得冠有什麼想法？ 答：得冠是一個非常令人激動和難忘的時刻。看到大家的表現都非常出色，這是我們共同努力的成果，值得珍惜和慶祝。 4.問：想對努力比賽的自己和隊友說什麼？ 答：連續三年的冠軍成就令人驕傲！我要感謝每一位隊友，是大家的努力和團隊合作使我們得以取得這樣的成績。即使下次比賽不能參與，我們也要繼續以身作則，為學弟妹們提供支持和鼓勵，讓他們在未來的比賽中展現出色的表現！ 5.問：因為何種機緣開始接觸足球？ 答：小時候看世界杯，開始對足球產生了興趣，也成為了我踏上足球場的開始。

受訪者林尚宥也參加了此次嘉義市運動會。對於市運會的開幕式，他對熱舞表演印象最深刻；先是一段變化豐富的舞蹈，接者加入更多舞者，但他們井然有序地列隊，和幾乎一致的動作，使此段表演不因人多而顯得混亂，反而律動感十足；而選手林尚宥對於比賽雖然沒有百分百的把握，但也有些信心，因為他認為，即使輸了也無訪，展現最好的一面最為重要！

Please imagine a school swimming team that's like a family! Even though it’s a small team, they're super close. They always help each other out. When one of them decides to take on a big challenge, everyone gathers around to cheer them on! It's like a big party at the edge of the pool! They shout and clap and make the swimmer feel like a superstar. This team proves that even if you're small, you can do big things when you have friends by your side.

This is Mr. Ma, the coolest swimming coach ever! He has a heart as big as the ocean and patience like a wise man. After practice, he is like a second dad to all of us swimmers. Mr. Ma doesn't care if you're a beginner or a pro. If you love swimming, he's ready to teach you! He cheers us on and helps us improve. His encouragement is like a warm hug on a cold training day. With Mr. Ma around, we all feel like we can conquer the waves! He's not just a coach; he's a friend who believes in us.

Let's meet Yu-Cheng, the swimmer who never gives up! He practices swimming every day, working really hard to get better. On the first day of the big competition, he was too nervous to finish the game. It made him really sad. However, Yu-Cheng didn't let that stop him. The next day, he challenged himself again! This time, he swam the 1500-meter freestyle race and guess what? He won third place! Everyone was so proud of him! Yu-Cheng teaches us that it's okay to make mistakes as long as we keep trying our best. He's a true champ in and out of the water!

Yuki is a tiny swimmer with a big heart! She practices swimming really hard. Even though she's small, she's full of energy! Yuki loves the water, and she swims like a fish. She practiced so much that she won the golden medal in the 1500-meter freestyle competition! Everyone cheered for her! Yuki shows that even if you're small, you can achieve big things with hard work and lots of practice. She's a super swimmer and an inspiration to everyone who knows her!

As a soccer coach, Coach Chuck is always committed to making his team better. Through continuous practice every day, he and his team stepped onto the stage of this competition. Next is a personal interview with Coach Chuck. Q1: As a coach, what do you think is the most important core or attitude to maintain a team? At our level, the most important thing is to make sure the players are having fun. That means that they enjoy playing, they want to play, and they enjoy being together and playing with their teammates. It means the players feel comfortable with each and can joke with each other. And, the easiest way to have fun is to win and to do that you need to have a winning attitude. Q2:What would you like to say to your players about this competition? We were able to go undefeated, winning all three of our games. That is no easy feat. One of the reasons we were able to do that was because we played as and acted as a team and not just a bunch of players playing for the same team or the same school. We played as a team and supported each other and believed in each other. You were also able to listen to what I have to say. I know that many of you are actually better players than I am, but you understand that while I might not be as good of a player as you are, I do have a lot of experience playing and knowledge of the game. Q3:During the training process, if you encounter difficulties, how do you encourage everyone? While I may yell at players from time to time when they don't listen or don't work as a team, I try to keep training light-hearted and joke around with the players. I try to encourage them and congratulate them when they do something good. If they do something wrong, I try to instruct them on what they should do instead or on a better way to do it. If they make mistakes, I try not to be hard on them, but just encourage them to try harder next time and suggest ways that they could do better or improve on what they did.

小記者偉甯今天採訪的是桌球隊的選手林尚宥；他平常在桌球隊勤奮練球，勤奮的精神非常值得嘉許；他對團體賽的目標是第一名，雖然勁敵南興國中很厲害，但還是要全力以赴！他說即使知道對手很厲害，但還是要拚盡全力取的第一，讓我們為他加油!!

小記者張宸禎採訪的是選手劉欣彥。在此次的比賽中，他並無過度的緊張而發揮不好的狀況；在周五的團體賽中打敗勁敵，這也看得出來他在中午時費了不少心血在練習、在鑽研球技，而在隔日的單打賽上一路過關斬將，殺進了前八強，但在晉級四強時，遇到訓練有素的南興國中的對手，不敵其而敗下陣來；不過在之後的比賽，他仍發揮良好，得到了第六名。

小記者張宸禎採訪蘭潭國中二年級的桌球比賽選手蕭至佑，他很熱衷於桌球每次中午都可看見他揮汗練習，非常認真；而今天很幸運地參加到了嘉義市運動會的開幕式，這位選手對於開幕表演中「東吳高職」藝術科的舞蹈表演印象最為深刻，80年代的激情音樂、搭配著眼花撩亂的隊伍變換，顯得很有活力！且在這樣的隊伍持續移動中，還能做到動作統一，確實很厲害呢！

遠遠看向休息區，坐著兩位身形神韻都很相像的同學，原以為是雙胞胎，但其實是來自於興嘉國小六年級的李昱璇和蘭潭國中一年級的吳叡瑀。 在她們的口中得知，其實在多場比賽的累積下，選手重複率很高，所以都成為了朋友。常有人說「友情第一，比賽第二」，在她們身上更加體現出來，是很好的朋友，也是值得較勁的對手，相互成長挑戰。 網球對她們來說是會一直堅持的運動，她們說：「為健康著想，會把網球運動當作強健身體的利器」，兩位同學都表示，對目前的她們來說網球是可以當作興趣，而目前更加要放進心力的是學業（成熟的想法），但也依舊希望在未來的道路上，同學們可以繼續堅持打網球，堅守自己的愛好，並與課業找到一個平衡點。

這篇報導想介紹的同學是來自博愛國小五年級林廷晏同學和港坪國小四年級潘郁喬同學。 林廷晏同學和潘郁喬同學都是從大班開始接觸網球，以及都曾經參加過全國大賽，分別獲得冠軍及第八名的佳績。在談話當中談到困難點時兩位同學分別說到球技上的「反拍」和心態上緊張的情緒，雖然這些困難依舊隱隱約約的在影響她們，但從她們的眼神中看見的是堅毅，努力不懈的精神，以及對網球的喜愛都在眼神中，無論是哪位選手，在他們身上的共同點無非就是這些。 還有一小段補充！就是他們與教練的關係都很好，很和樂，看得讓人心暖暖。
